CRUDO is a school/laboratory/workshop, where cooks reflect on culture, its impact and rebirth in terms of pleasure, health and sustainability.
We invite you to revision and rebuild pastry for tea time, we will include superfoods, high power plant based butters, alternative flours, options of low sweeteners and native fruits. 
We teach you how to prepare your own supplies, doughs, creams, toppings and fillings. No soy products or hydrogenated fats.
