Every day you come to Crudo we welcome you with a super breakfast. Here’s the recipe for the vegetable milk we shared this morning.

1. You make milk with some seed such as cashews, activated almonds. The one in the picture is cashew milk. How to make a good milk and that it looks super tasty and with the right texture?. Proportions and soaking are two factors to consider.
For 1 liter you use 1 cup of activated cashew (leave overnight in filtered water) and 4 cups of filtered water.
To balance the flavor add a pinch of salt, 1 cd of vanilla escency and sweetener to taste.
2. Your milk lasts optimally for up to 2 days in the fridge.
3. If you are going to use it as a liquefied base, for example with bananas, you can dilute it a little in the, blender.
With a little practice this milk is the basis of a custard, a little dessert with chocolate or a bechamel sauce. If you’re going to use it for multiple applications, don’t sweeten it or salt it. Keep it neutral in the fridge.
