Recipe with Chocolate, following our mother’s day dough, a quick recipe for the afternoon, for a super rich dessert.
Hot chocolate and tahina cake by Máximo Cabrera
Mother dough sponge, 1 cup
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp bitter cocoa
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cook in a greased and hot pan.
Toppings: Tahine, Cane honey, Cocoa
