Chinese cucumber and seaweed salad

INGREDIENTS
1 handful Kombu in hydrated strips
1 handful Kombu in hydrated strips
1 handful hydrated Wakame
3u Japanese cucumber or common cucumber.
50cc Live Vinegar
50cc Natural Fermentation Soy Sauce
c/n fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil

PROCESS
Crush cucumber with a petramix and mix it with the seaweed.
Add soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, vinegar and sesame oil.
